Magnetic bridge

Additionally a magnetic bridge is used when a

number of strokes of over 60 strokes/min. is required.

During the feeding process the magnetic bridge is

magnetically holding up the blank.

With this procedure high feeding speeds can be

achieved and therefore a very high quantity.

 

 

 

 

Telescopic conveyor

The blanks are taken over by the telescopic conveyor

of the stacker.

Special lifting ledges avoid that the blanks are fed to

the conveying belt before they are cut off from the coil.

To adapt the stacker to the specifications of the press

and the die, the telescopic conveyors are individually

adjustable in length and width.
