Bundle Turnover for skin panels

Blank production is the quality basis of a pressing plant. In order to further reduce costs, the number of cutting dies required is reduced by turning these through 180° for symmetrical cut blanks such as side panels, doors, mudguards etc.
Conventional bundle turnover devices damage the surface of the blanks due to the high pressures exerted, which especially leads to problems and higher rejection costs with skin panels. For many applications, the pallets are also not suitable for the high pressures arising from the weight of multiple stacks. NSM‘s newly developed, finally automated bundle turnover device for the first time allows our customers to fulfil their high quality requirements.
