Bundle Turnover for skin panels

Blank production is the quality basis of a pressing plant. In order to reduce further costs, the number of the required cutting dies are reduced by turning these through 180° for symmetrical cut blanks such as side panels, doors, mudguards etc.
Conventional bundle turnover devices damage the surface of the blanks due to the high pressures exerted, which especially leads to problems and higher rejection costs with skin panels. For many applications, the pallets are also not suitable for the high pressures arising from the weight of multiple stacks. NSM‘s newly developed, finally automated bundle turnover device allows our customers, for the first time, to fulfil their high quality requirements.
