However, we also offer professional future perspectives to our young people. We employ on average 28 trainees in the following professions:   Industrial clerk Computer specialist Mechanical engineer Technical designer (CAD) Electronics engineer (subject area: machine technology) Mechatronic Metal Turner/Cutter   With more than 200 employees this almost makes up 10 % of the staff. NSM trains beyond its own requirement.

 

Many former trainees are nowadays working in responsible positions at NSM.
