Linear motor to increase output

NSM developed a high-speed stacking system to meet the increasing demand for rotor and stator sheets, especially for the production of

generators for wind power stations.

Functional description

The rotors, stators or segments are removed out

of the press by a removal device, passed on in

hanging position to a magnetic belt and are then

exactly stacked on pallets.

The number of press strokes is decisive

automatically limited due to the removal of the

parts. To be able to achieve a maximum output

a removal device has been driven by NSM for the

first time by means of a linear motor.
