Aluminium on the advance
Aluminium and other non-magnetic materials are nowadays
being increasingly used for the production of automobiles.
New developments are constantly being thrived for.
The need for production systems handling steel parts as
well as aluminium parts on one machine is rapidly
increasing.
Aluminium and steel blanks are stacked in blank cutting
systems or in cutting lines. These stacks are singled out
by blank destacking systems and are then fed to the presses. |

The new conveying belt system consists of two separate toothed belts with stationary arranged suction nozzles in-between. An until now proven, but now modified switchable magnetic system is used as an adhesive system for steel blanks. Additionally a new vacuum pump has been integrated in the magnetic system.
Advantages of the new conveying system for the user:
- combined magnetic-vacuum conveyor
- high service life of the toothed belts (no suction cups)
- vacuum pump is maintenance-free and contamination-free
- take over of the blanks by suction
