Fully automatic end-debagger

NSM MAGNETTECHNIK -
the specialist for can and end handling - has developed

a fully automatic end-debagger for the filling industry.

The ends, which are delivered for can filling, packed in

paper bags are unpacked and fed to the seamer fully

automatically.

 

 

The heart of the system is a newly developed cutting

device. A rotating knife with an integrated suck-off

device and guide pin ensures that the bag is opened

safely i. e. the ends are not damaged. An integrated

suck-off system prevents the ends from getting dirty

due to paper and dust particles.
