As a rule, rod and pipe material within the dimensional range between 400 and 2.000 mm cannot be infed

as bulk material. Workpieces in this dimension must be manually placed into a storage and singling system

in the correct position.

 

Positioned diameter to diameter, the pipes are withdrawn from the conveyor bunker, taken up as singles either

on carrier strips or in chain pockets and then withdrawn from the bunker. Downstream of the guide roller system,

depending on customer requirements, the pipes either roll into a provision prism or into an alignment station,

into which e.g. an optional welded seam detection system can be integrated.

 

The NSM pipe feeders can be supplied with a pusher system featuring a lateral stop position or also with

internal bunker walls that are adjustable on both sides.
