Hybrid - Toothed belt conveyors

The conveying belt system, on which NSM has

a patent, will be used when a system has been

laid out for the production of steel as well as

aluminium blanks. This conveying belt system

consists of two separate toothed belts with

stationary arranged suction nozzles in-between.

Switchable magnetic systems with integrated

vacuum pumps are used as adhesive system.

The sheets are conveyed by means of multilane toothed belt

conveyors.

An absolute synchronous running of all belts is ensured due to

the toothing.
The conveyors can be adjusted in width, so that they can be

adapted to the various kinds of shapes of blanks.
