Universal frame
When several blanks have to be stacked in one stacking
position or when complex shaped blanks have to be
stacked, a universal frame with new developed guide
baskets are fed into the stacking system.
The universal frames can be prepared during production.
The universal frames are fully automatically inserted
in the stacking system during the change of the die. |
Fully automatic stops and guides
The blanks are stacked on pallets in two stacking positions, whereas two stops each at the front, two guides at the back and four lateral guides can be blocked up individually motor-driven.
The positions of the axis are sensored by absolute encoders and are evaluated in the control.
With the fully automatic stops and guides up to 4 blank stacks can be produced in two stacking positions at the same time.
Special springy supported stops with bumpers are used, which adapt in shortest time to the according shape of blank, to absorb the impact.
The stops are equipped with guides, which are movable in height and which are placed on the pallet when the hoist table is lifted. |
